General

1. It is illegal to reproduce unlicensed trademarks or logos onto products manufactured by Bare Badges. The exclusive use and reproduction of such images lie solely with their legal owners. You undertake to accept all responsibilty for ensuring the images/artwork/text you supply for reproducion on Bare Badges products do not infringe upon any Australian or international copyright laws, and that you accept sole liability for the reproduction of any unlicensed copyrighted material.

2. Bare Badges reserves the right to refuse any order, and to edit/omit artwork/text or to contact you for alternative artwork/text as it deems appropriate, if any artwork/text appears to Bare Badges offensive, unacceptable, or detrimental to Bare Badges’s reputation or that of its business partners.

3. Your statutory rights are not affected but otherwise all purchases are non-exchangeable, non-refundable and non-transferable.

4. Bare Badges uses PayPal for online credit card payments and does not store any credit card information. Bare Badges will not pass any of your personal information, including credit or debit card information to any third party.

5. You undertake that all details, which you provide to us for the purpose of ordering goods, are correct and that the credit card you are using is your own and has sufficient funds to cover the cost of the order.

Delivery

1. Bare Badges aims to dispatch most orders within 2 working days after order has been accepted and payment received.

2. Delivery and packaging rates and charges are advertised in our site, and are accepted once an order is made.

Customs

1. If your delivery address is outside Australia, you may be subject to import duties and/or taxes. You understand that any and all charges of this nature will be borne by you.

2. Bare Badges may supply a Customs Label containing a brief description, and valuation of the parcel's contents.

Returns/ Replacement Policy

1. Since Bare Badges’s products are personalised we can only accept returns of these products in their original condition within 10 days of despatch at the discretion of our Customer Services team, provided that either the goods have been damaged in transit and the goods were insured for postage, or the goods suffer from a manufacturing defect. Bare Badges use badge parts manufactured by Tecre Co., Inc, regarded as the premier manufacturer of button badge parts in the world. We guarantee our product against corrosion for 6 months from date of purchase if stored in dark, dry conditions.

2. If the shipment sent to you is the result of an error, Bare Badges will cover the delivery fees. Otherwise, shipment back to Bare Badges is pre-paid by the customer.

Liability

1. Bare Badges endeavours to ensure that the information available on the website is true and accurate, but cannot guarantee that it will be error-free. Bare Badges does not make any warranty that the website is free from infection by viruses, trojans, worms or anything else that may have destructive properties.

2. Bare Badges does not accept liability for any errors and omissions and reserves the right to change information, specifications and descriptions of listed goods, products and services.

3. Bare Badges will do its best to correct errors and omissions as quickly as practicable after being notified of them.

4. Bare Badges makes no representations about the fitness for a particular purpose of any of the products or services available on this website.

5. Bare Badges does not accept liability for any indirect or consequential loss arising out of the use of the website or for any products or services purchased from the website.

6. Bare Badges will only be liable for direct loss up to a maximum total of the price of the product or service purchased in respect of any claim.
